Πρόταση ώστε να αποκτήσει ουσιαστικά τον έλεγχο έχει υποβάλλει ο βασικός μέτοχος του Dubai Investment Group στον όμιλο της Marfin σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες του «R». Η εξέλιξη αυτή θεωρείται μείζονος σημασίας καθώς ανατρέπει υφιστάμενες ισορροπίες αφού πλέον το Dubai θα έχει τον πρώτο λόγο και ρόλο στις σχεδιαζόμενες επιχειρηματικές εξελίξεις. Οι τελικές αποφάσεις αναμένεται να παρθούν τις προσεχείς εβδομάδες. Επίσης η κίνηση αυτή αποτελεί προπομπό ραγδαίων εξελίξεων σε επιχειρηματικό , τραπεζικό και οικονομικό επίπεδο καθώς πλέον το Dubai μετεξελίσσεται πλέον σε παράγοντα καταλύτηπου θα λαμβάνει πρωτοβουλίες όχι απλά ως Marfin αλλά ως Dubai Investment Group.
Οι εκπρόσωποι του Dubai στις συμφωνίες που είχαν κλείσει με τον επικεφαλής της Marfin A. Βγενόπουλο είχαν θέσει χρονοδιαγράμματα για την αύξηση του ποσοστού τους.
Η περίοδος προσαρμογής φαίνεται ότι ολοκληρώθηκε και το Dubai ζητά πλέον να αυξήσει την συμμετοχή της στον όμιλο Marfin.
Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες το Dubai Investment Group σχεδιάζει να αποκτήσει το 30% της Marfin popular Bank από 17% που κατέχει αυτή την περίοδο και το 20% της Marfin Investment Group από 9% της τρέχουσας περιόδου.
Ουσιαστικά το Dubai θα ήταν διατεθειμένο να επενδύσει άλλα 1,6 δις ευρώ 1 δις ευρώ στην Marfin Popular και 600 εκατ ευρώ στην MIG. Η βασική στρατηγική του Dubai είναι ότι οι δραστηριότητες στην Ελλάδα θα πρέπει να περάσουν υπό τον έλεγχο της.
Πότε θα μπορούσε χρονικά να πραγματοποιηθεί αυτή η μεγάλη επιχειρηματική συμφωνία που ανατρέπει δεδομένα;
Ίσως μέσα στις προσεχείς εβδομάδες να παρθούν οι οριστικές αποφάσεις. Εκτίμηση του Dubai είναι ότι ίσως το επόμενο διάστημα οι τιμές να είναι σε υψηλότερα επίπεδα και ίσως η τρέχουσα περίοδο να είναι η πλέον κατάλληλη για στρατηγικές κινήσεις.

Η κίνηση αυτή τι θα σημάνει για τα ανοικτά επιχειρηματικά μέτωπα της Marfin;
